About

Prior to receiving any services through the comprehensive adult program, an applicant must be determined eligible for services.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Member of a federally recognized tribe, an Alaska Native, a Native Hawaiian, or an Indian as determined by a policy of the grantee
  • Unemployed, under-employed or low income
  • Registered for the Selective Services for males

Identification

  • Driver’s license
  • State ID
  • School ID
  • Tribal ID
  • Birth certificate

Ancestry Verification

  • Tribal enrollment card
  • CDIB card or letter
  • Birth certificate
  • Tribal documents
  • Self-attestation form

Income Status

  • Pay stubs
  • Layoff notice
  • Public assistance
  • Working less than full-time

Selective Services

  • Registration card
